1) What was the biggest surprise for you in the reading? In other words, what did you read that stood out the most as different from your expectations?
The most surprising fact was that a fast-growing industry is not always a profitable one.

The most confusing part wasn't the reading, but how to access to the article. I wish I had a better and faster way to get to the article.
